New zero-drop shoes from ALTRA

A handful (or should I say, a "foot-full") of new shoes featuring a "zero drop" hit operating shoe shops this fall, like the Instinct (mens) and Intuition (womens, the two $99) from a new firm called ALTRA, and the MV2 from Newton (pronounced, "MV squared," $125).

A main element of minimalist shoes aimed at promoting a natural stride is the off-set amongst the heel and the forefoot, also referred to as "stack heights."
